Decent, but still too expensive.

The bed was comfortable and the hotel location was nice.

The staff weren't very knowledgeable about the area, could not recommend a single restaurant, and they were stingy with their complimentary water.

Hotel is not at all value for money, for this hotel room rate you can get much better hotels close by. Hotel room are very very compact & hotel try to a lot of cost optimization but at expense of guest comfort

Will not recommend or stay here again.

Nothing!

The room was extremely small. Bed was uncomfortable, children running down the hallway all night long could not sleep. Tell hotel personnel 4 times before they handled the problem.

twin rooms are little better

Bad smell in the lobby, very dirty corridor carpet and lobby sofas, grey bedsheets with holes, dump air. Double rooms with window are super uncomfortable, damp, dark and small.

Not worth the payment, and unfit for any star ratings.

Breakfast was very poor in terms of a intercontinental nationality coverage. Location was good and the staff behaviour was very rigid , not at all user friendly. Rooms were too too........... small without vent's and the lighting in the room very poor, could have been planned well on the interior set up.

Rooms were too small and the furniture's dumped beyond any movement space within the room. Lighting was too short of utility requirement and no ventilation to the room for outside sunlight or fresh air.

Breakfast was up to the standard

Rooms are too small..... Can’t move....When we enter the room the smell was horrible.... like sweaty smell... I think the curtain needs to wash ....Bathroom needs shower curtain... wet all the time...

What was the highlight of Moon 23 Hotel

Very near the mrt station and good food nearby.

In the room that I stayed in, there were small cockroaches crawling around the bathroom after we came back from supper at around 11.45pm. Notified the reception to come up and take away the rubbish bin which we suspected was the source. Receptionist helped by spraying insecticide afterwards but an hour after he left, we found a few more crawling and had to kill them all before we could be at peace to sleep. Before check out the next day, we found more dead cockroach near the window. Very worrying about how clean was our stay. It is a good hotel to stay but what happened made me think twice about the place

Horrible experience.

To be honest my partner and I didnt like any of that. Totally bad experience. The breakfast was good.

The strong smell of the room and very noise people slecific early morning. Full of rude asians.On my check out i have asked for a taxi tonthe male staff member and the suggested to walk from the hotel to the main road to catch a taxi. Took us 30 minutes to catch the cab and we have to requested to another hotel to call a cab for us because we are running out of the time. Thanks Ibis reception staff otherwise we wouldnt make to the aiport. We will avoid Singapore at all cost from now on. Fully of rude people the place is only for asian rich business people.

Will not return for sure and will not recommend it to anyone

Beds were confortable. Very close to metro station.

Staff are not at all smilling and the do not even answer to question. Very poor choice during breakfast. Better to take it outside. Room very small, not adapted for family.
